Instructions For Use:

1. When installing the cutting tip, please use two wrenches to clamp the upper part of the cutting torch and the nut respectively, and use two wrenches to tighten it. Be sure to tighten the cutting tip, otherwise there will be air leakage and backfire.

2. Open the oxygen regulating valve a little first, and then open the propane regulating valve. When igniting, keep the hand holding the fire source away from the cutting tip, and do not point the cutting tip at other people and combustibles.

3. At the beginning of ignition, there may be continuous firing sounds, because the propane is impure, and the impure propane is used to re-ignite. If the oxygen is turned on too much, it will lead to the phenomenon of no ignition. At this time, the oxygen valve should be adjusted to reduce the oxygen intake.

4. When cutting, the cutting nozzle should not be completely close to the cutting object. If the distance between the two is too close, the flame will not be released, which will easily cause tempering, and there will be a popping sound, which will affect the service life of the cutting nozzle.
